The Consumer Health organization is on a journey to become a Digital-First organization. The Digital Transformation Office is driving the overall Digital transformation, by building and deploying end-to-end digital solutions that solve unmet needs and generate value through a fully integrated digital ecosystem. Along the journey, this team is transforming underlying business processes, building sustainable support model, and driving adoption of digital tools that generate new value and improve employee, customer, and consumer experiences. Team members of the DTO demonstrate strong experience in supply chain, end to end thinking, digital acumen and ensure proper linkages to the digital strategies of partner functions (R&D, Commercial, Quality etc.).

To enable the delivery of cutting-edge digital solutions and new ways of working, the Digital Transformation Office is building foundational, reusable, and scalable data assets. The Senior Analyst will execute the end-to-end data lifecycle including data sourcing, harmonization, and curation for the Supplier Data Asset. This individual will be responsible for executing data management governance within the data domain and partnering with various data management and operations teams to monitor data standards and business processes that support data quality.

He/she will collect data requirements from data consumers, capability owners, and digital product owners within the data domain or across domains, communicate data requirements to data providers and monitor compliance to these requirements. This individual will coordinate with business process stakeholders to ensure that the proper business context and impact are considered in discussions regarding specific data elements.

The Senior Analyst, Supplier Data Asset will apply advanced analytics, intelligent automation, data science, and other cutting-edge technology to continuously improve processes and drive greater value and efficiency in overall data management processes.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

  • Execute E2E data sourcing, harmonization, and curation for the data domain to deliver against a defined Supplier Data Asset strategy and associated business outcomes.

  • Collect data requirements from data consumers, capability owners, and digital product owners within the Data domain or across domains, communicate data requirements to data providers and monitor compliance to these requirements.

  • Execute data management governance. Monitor data standards and business processes that support data quality.



  • Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering at a minimum. Specialization in data science, computer science, data engineering or advanced analytics fields is strongly preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of business experience with at least 1 year of Supply Chain, IT, or relevant functional experience required.

  • Must be well-versed in analyzing data, segmenting, rationalizing, defining, tracing lineage, developing controls, tracking issues, influencing ownership, as well as ensuring it is fit-for-purpose and ready for usage.

  • Experience with data modeling and data analysis techniques.

  • Subject matter expertise in Supply Chain data (e.g., Material Master, Vendor Master), operational and transactional ERP data, Supplier/External Manufacturer Collaboration data, other external data.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand business and technical functions and process information quickly.

  • Must be comfortable with constructively challenging the status quo and looking for new ways to improve processes and results.

  • Experience in reference data operational processes and data lifecycle activities is preferred.

  • Strong industry knowledge and business acumen preferred.

  • Experience in working with Microsoft Azure stack preferred.

  • Project management experience is a plus (Agile project management methodology is preferred)

  • Experience with material/product management and relevant processes / systems is preferred.

  • Experience working across Supply Chain domains (planning, procurement, manufacturing, delivery / logistics, quality) is preferred.

  • Experience working in or with a complex global organization spanning across functions is preferred.

  • Experience with acquisitions and divestitures is a plus.

  • Familiarity with financial statements and methodologies (P&L, Balance Sheet, COGs, GP, ROI, NPV, IRR) is a plus.
