    Overview

    Chadwell Supply is a successful family-owned maintenance supply company with 28 Branches Nationwide. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, and detail-minded individual to work as a Chadwell Supply Branch Renovation Coordinator.

    What you will need

  • Be a minimum of 21 years of age.

  • Be proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.

  • Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience with comparable industry project management experience.

    How you will make an Impact

  • Reviews the Preconstruction Report with the customer to verify accuracy prior to project starting.

  • Works with Renovations Inventory Analyst to monitor inventory for the duration of the job.

  • Works with Regional Field Manager, Territory Sales Manager, and customer to monitor the logistic needs for the duration of the job and communicate needs and issues between those parties and Branch Operations.

  • Works with Branch Operations on any delivery issues, pulling concerns, or customer needs and communicates those to the Branch Manager.

  • Assists in expediting and completing Bill Complete invoicing during the course of Renovations projects designated as such.

  • Verifies and communicates customer project expectations, Sales Personnel commitments, and Branch resource capabilities between all parties to ensure delivery logistics are in accordance with the Renovation Project Scope.

  • Assists with In-Unit delivery request validation to determine the viability of customer in-unit requested locations by reviewing pictures provided by the Renovation Sales Team, or by obtaining physical inspection report data.

  • Assists with the Customer Return process for Renovation Project returns, after Regional Field Manager or Territory Sales Manager perform site visit, to inspect returned product or verification at the branch location upon return product arrival.

  • Assists in determining what Sales personnel promised and what Branch Operations can actually perform
