Adecco is partnering with a leading organization in the Holland, MI area to find a skilled Maintenance Technician for their facility. Receive comprehensive training and support as you maintain and enhance operations on the manufacturing floor.

Top Three Qualities We’re Looking For:

1. 5-10 years of experience with plastics

2. Hydraulic and mechanical expertise

3. Proficiency in equipment repair

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support manufacturing functions and resolve technical issues

• Ensure equipment reliability and availability for production

• Perform regular maintenance and repairs

What Success Looks Like: You’ll excel by maintaining and repairing equipment with a systematic approach, focusing on problem-solving and timely issue resolution. Strong communication and technical skills are crucial.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Strong mechanical background

• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial systems

• Safety-focused with excellent organizational skills

• High School diploma or equivalent; additional certifications like Hi-Lo or Journeyman License preferred

Physical Demands:

• Heavy work and confined spaces

Work Environment:

• 100% on the production floor

Pay Details: $26.00 to $32.00 per hour
