QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school Diploma or GED

  • Administrative Management Experience

  • Working knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel, Publisher, Email, and Search Tools)

  • Supervisory experience

  • Phone, Client, Organizational, Customer Service/Communication skills

  • Employment contingent upon successful completion of a background check

  • Valid Arizona driver’s license with clean MVR

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with set up and assembly of kettles and stands

  • Participate in hiring, selection, supervision, training, and scheduling bell ringers and drivers

  • Assist with orientation and processing of hire paperwork in conjunction with Human Resources

  • Coordinate, schedule, seek out volunteers, and service clubs for various location coverage

  • Assist with preparation and distribute initial contact letters with participating stores

  • Assist in meeting with store managers, working out details for scheduling, special needs, stand storage, etc.

  • Set up stands at participating stores prior to start season

  • Assist with scheduling and drop off and pick up routes for staff and kettles/stands

  • Regularly review with Supervisor, kettle reports, identify employee income to cost ratios, determining appropriate fit for employee placement

  • Collect stands at season end, making any necessary repairs

  • Assist in writing end of season thank you letters to store managers and service clubs, providing total dollar amounts collected

  • Write end of season brief

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Must have the ability to operate telephone, a desktop or laptop computer, as well as the ability to access and produce information from a computer, and to understand written information.
