Responsible for providing product and subject matter expertise to the residential customer service representatives and ensuring ALLO delivers the highest level of customer service possible. Trains and mentors Residential Customer Service Representatives. Maintains customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources. Collaborates on the development and implementation of customer service tools, resources and documentation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Demonstrates Companys values, maintains a positive open demeanor, encourages different points of view, moves team forward through change; provides timely information; communicates issues with team supervisor.
- Isolate and identify areas of improvement.
- Provide and enhance job aids for customer service representatives.
- Participates in group meetings.
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
- 1 year of relevant job experience. Relevant job experience is
described as:
- Job experience in similar industry.
- Job experience with similar essential duties.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service role in the telecom industry.
SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:
- Excellent Customer Service Skills.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills internally and customer-facing with a focus on training.
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork, conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
- Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization capabilities\'.
- Ability to challenge the status quo with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to remain approachable in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to consider alternate approaches to facilitate training.
- Acceptance and respect for others and ability to see different perspectives.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office.
