Aerotek Maintenance Technician in YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will perform a variety of tasks involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance. You will be responsible for installations, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance on facilities and plant equipment. Your daily assignments will include plant and equipment PM’s, installing and maintaining overhead cranes, industrial machine tools, forklifts, and assisting in complex machine set ups.

Hard Skills

  • 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience

  • Prior experience with troubleshooting, maintaining and installing machines, equipment and facility

  • Knowledge of industrial hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems

  • Skilled in reading and interpreting blue prints, engineering, electrical and mechanical drawings.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio.

Work Environment

Our environment involves a 1st shift schedule from 6:00am-4pm, with an expectation of 50 hours a week. You will be working in a job shop environment with very large parts. We often manufacture parts that weigh 20 tons or more. Our company specializes in custom, build-to-print, full-service manufacturing through a professional project management approach.
