Job Title: Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor

Job Description

The Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor will oversee the engineering team responsible for the manufacturing processes of electronic products. This role involves ensuring efficient production, maintaining high-quality standards, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

• Supervise and lead the manufacturing engineering team, providing guidance, training, and support.

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality.

• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure manufacturability of new products.

• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Manage and maintain manufacturing equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.

• Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve product quality.

• Prepare and present reports on production performance, project status, and engineering activities.
