Line Production Supervisor in York, Maine

Pay: $33 per hour

Schedule: M-F 1p-9:30p

Assignment Length: Direct-hire

Duties:

• Overseeing the efficient operation of manufacturing lines, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency

• Developing staff skills through monitoring, coaching, and training

• Ensuring production schedules and efficiency goals are achieved

• Building and leading a cohesive team to meet departmental and company goals

• Following and enforcing company policies related to safety, quality, and equipment maintenance

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 2-3 years of food manufacturing experience

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience

• Ability to lift/carry 25lbs daily & stand for extended periods and operate electrical & manual pallet jacks/forklifts.

• Microsoft Office & Excel experience preferred
