POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Ability to rebuild pumps with different seal assembly- Mechanical seal or Packing type seals. Ability to troubleshoot pump failures. Ability to install and precisely align pumps, gearboxes, blowers, etc. Ability to repair, maintain and replace conveyors (Screw conveyors Belt conveyors.) Perform mechanical maintenance and repair on a variety of equipment on site Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools to make mechanical repairs Willingness to learn new skills such as basic welding and cutting, with the help of professionals and coworkers. Ability to work with little or no supervision. Ability to maintain a clean workshop environment at all times.

Required Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience working in maintenance or in a mechanical position in an industrial or related setting. Rotation shift, overtime and weekends are mandatory on an as needed basis. Must possess a basic toolkit set. (Hammers, screwdrivers, socket wrenches, etc.)
