• Troubleshooting: Identifying and troubleshooting production issues

• Completing projects on time: Ensuring production plans are completed on time

• Managing staff: Assigning responsibilities to employees, hiring, training, and coaching them

• Scheduling: Preparing work schedules, including shifts, and scheduling equipment repairs and maintenance

• Ensuring quality: Maintaining quality standards and supervising product quality

• Ensuring safety: Ensuring a safe work environment and enforcing safety guidelines

• Monitoring efficiency: Monitoring production efficiency and identifying issues

• Communicating: Communicating with other departments and reporting on performance and progress

• Production supervisors oversee the manufacturing process and play a crucial role in ensuring that production targets are met.
