We are seeking a detail-oriented PCB Soldering Technician to join our electronics manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of soldering and wire harnessing, along with experience in reading blueprints and wiring diagrams. This role provides hands-on experience with PCB assembly and soldering, offering a great opportunity to learn advanced skills in electronics assembly and manufacturing.

salary: $44,000 - $48,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Perform soldering tasks on printed circuit boards (PCBs), ensuring accurate and precise connections.

• Assemble and install wire harnesses, connectors, and components according to PCB specifications.

• Read and interpret blueprints, circuit diagrams, and schematics to complete soldering and assembly tasks.

• Inspect solder joints for quality and rework as necessary.

• Follow safety protocols and quality control standards throughout the assembly process.

• Assist in troubleshooting PCB assemblies and components.

• Maintain soldering tools and equipment in good working condition.

• Document assembly processes and communicate progress to team leads.
