Job Summary

  • The Volunteer Coordinator oversees and coordinates all activities of the hospice volunteer program.

  • Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care for the population served by Avera@Home.

Education and/or Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Minimum of 2-4 years in a health related environment preferred.

Licensure/Certification/Registration

  • This position requires a valid driver’s license and that the employee is insurable by the Avera Health automobile liability insurance carrier.

Work Schedule

  • Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm; 48 hours every 2 weeks

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

  • $18.25 - $23.00 per hour
