PAYROLL SPECIALIST

The Payroll Specialist prepares, inputs and processes payroll. Processes and reconciles insurance, tax, and other payroll-related expenses. Ensures compliance with all applicable state wage and hour laws and relevant grant requirements. The Payroll Specialist will prepare reimbursement requests for grants.

Essential Duties include maintaining accurate records and supporting documentation for payroll and related activities. Must maintain current knowledge of applicable state laws related to the payroll functions.
