Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for performing specialized cleaning tasks in industrial environments, ensuring cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards are met.

Primary responsibilities

• Perform deep cleaning, degreasing, and sanitization of industrial equipment, floors, and workspaces.
• Operate and maintain industrial cleaning equipment, including pressure washers, vacuums, and chemical applicators.
• Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines while handling cleaning chemicals and hazardous materials.
• Remove debris, dust, and contaminants from production areas to maintain operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with facility cleanliness standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to complete cleaning assignments on schedule.
• Properly dispose of waste materials according to company and environmental regulations.
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management immediately.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in industrial cleaning, janitorial work, or facility maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment usage.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 40 lbs) and work in physically demanding conditions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime if required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
