Job Summary: The Loader / Unloader is a positive and eager to learn team player, generally responsible to assist with loading and un-loading products, moving tires, and performing tasks at the direction of the supervisor. Duties and Responsibilities: * Do the right thing when interacting between employees and/or customers by communicating and representing one's self and Belle Tire in a professional manner * Assist in loading and unloading of product * Follow Belle Tire safety methods and policies * Ready to start work by scheduled time * General shop maintenance and cleaning tasks in areas as assigned * Other duties as assigned by management Minimum Qualifications: * 18 years of age * Valid Driver's License * Ability to read and write English Education Requirements: * High School Diploma/GED or vocational training is helpful Preferred Qualifications: * 2 years of general labor experience Physical Requirements * The ability to be on your feet for long periods of time * The ability to safely lift of up to 75 - 100 pounds to chest level * Bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, stretching, grabbing, reaching and any other activity normally associated with a general laborer position and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists. Working Conditions: Varying work hours, Mon-Fri, some overtime may be required.
