Our client in Worthington, IN is seeking seasonal Production Workers / General Operators. A successful worker will have strong communication skills and be able to work in a team environment. This is a Tobacco Free Facility.

Job Title: General Operators

Location: Worthington, IN

Pay Range: $19.50 - $21.50

What’s the Job?

• Support production in a variety of responsibilities including inspection, sorting, inventory, packaging and assembly.

• Work in the warehouse to assist with unloading and shipping.

• Communicating proficiently in English.

• Responsible for keeping your area clean and organized.

What’s Needed?

• Ability to work 1st or 2nd shift – must be able to work either shift. Will transition to 12 hour shift in mid-August. Will need to have the ability to work any day of the week (Monday-Sunday), as schedules will vary.

• Knowledge of production agriculture and production plant operators.

• Ability to work long hours and rotational shift, including over-time as needed.

• Able to lift, push, pull up to 60 pounds, work in and outdoors and walk on uneven surfaces – steel toe shoes will be required.

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen prior to placement.
