Description

Robert Half Legal Permanent Placement is seeking several legal assistants for various roles with a Worcester client.

One need in each area:

1 – Litigation

2 – Litigation & Corporate

3 – Labor & Employment

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a legal administrative assistant or paralegal

• Experience with litigation and corporate law, labor & employment laws

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, electronic database management, and other specialized legal software

• Working knowledge of legal terminology, court filing procedures, e-filing systems, and legal document formats

• Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads effectively and efficiently

• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

• Strong sense of initiative, self-motivation, and professionalism

• Demonstrate strong ethical standards and integrity

• Familiarity with legal research procedures and ability to comprehend legal documents

• Understanding of billing and financial practices in law firms

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion

• Firm commitment to client service excellence

Requirements

Education:

• High School Diploma required

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent field related experience is preferred

• Certification from an accredited Legal Secretarial or paralegal program is desirable
