Elder Care Services - HHAs Training available for qualified candidates. As part of our care team Home Health Aides support our clients by maintaining their ability to continue living at home safely with the proper support. An HHA will provide certain personal care and other health-related services as described in the individual\'s care plan. Home Health Aide Responsibilities: \ Helping patients with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and other daily tasks. \ Performing basic health care services for patients, including checking vital signs or administering prescription medication. \ Making transportation arrangements as needed. \ Working with a nurse, personal care aide, CNA, nurse aide, nursing assistant, and other caregivers and in-home care professionals. \ Observing and reporting on patient\'s condition. \ Keeping up with company in-service training. \ Assist with the activities of daily living (ADLS) and personal care including but not limited to: \ Bathing \ Shaving \ Mouth care \ Hair \ Nail and skin care \ Dressing \ Exercise \ Positioning \ Ambulation and transfers \ Feeding \ Toileting \ Medication reminders \ Companionship services \ Observe and report changes in client status to Care Manager or Nurse \ Follow a written Client care plan \ Complete and maintain records of daily activities \ Monitor client supplies and replenish accordingly \ Perform housecleaning tasks including but not limited to: \ Laundry \ Bed care \ Bathroom Care \ Dusting \ Organizing \ Assist with essential shopping and any errands \ Help with meal prep; this may include following a specialized diet plan as identified on the care plan \ Escort clients on appointments (requires pre-approval) \ Other duties as assigned Requirements: \ High School Diploma \ Home Health Aide Certification \ Drivers License \ Tb test \ CPR certification \ Must be able to drive \ Must be able to drive at least 30 mins and more
