Alliance is thrilled to announce its partnership with a client in the Wooster area, and we are currently seeking eager to learn *General Laborers *to join the team! This role involves making hvac components through use of press operating and assembly skills.  *Please note that the job location for this position is not accessible by public transportation. General Laborer Benefits: *

• $16.00-$16.50 per hour depending on experience and shift 
• 3rd shift 9:30pm - 6am, OT can be 2 hours before or after shift
• OT will be discussed during tour/interview

*General Laborer Responsibilities: *

• Set up and operate small punch press machines to produce precision parts according to specifications
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area

*General Laborer Qualifications: *

• 6+ months in a manufacturing setting preferred 
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines in a manufacturing environment
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team
