  • Develop ideas, concepts and designs of new power electronics components (48-volt, 400-volt, 800-volt).
  • Develop component specifications out of system performance targets and create concepts and strategies.
  • Coordinate development activities with internal and external suppliers according to state-of-the-art standards ( Automotive Software Performance Improvement and Capability dEtermination (ASPICE) , ISO26262).
  • Ensure the component maturity by reviewing concepts, simulations and designs (i nterface control documents , hardware & software implementation plans).
  • Support the commission and testing of inverters and axle systems.
  • Analyze test results and derive appropriate courses of action.

*Your Qualifications* Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering related field and 1 year of applicable experience.
  • Applicable engineering & physics knowledge.
  • Knowledge of the Product Development Process.
  • Communication ability (written & verbal).
  • Customer focused.
  • Assertive approach to solving problems.
  • Self-motivated & driven to achieve results.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Automotive knowledge or background.

*Our Offering*

  • Salary range: $75,000 - $120,000
  • Hiring Bonus: $500 after 90 days, $1000 after 180 days
  • Hybrid work schedule
