Position Summary

As the Master Data Management Senior Analyst, you will champion the use of product attributes across the Front Store Merchandising organization and lead changes and improvements in data related operations. By analyzing and ensuring the accuracy of product attributes you will provide insights and recommendations to associated risks relating from master data inaccuracies.

As the subject matter expert on the master data management system, you will manage monthly reporting and audit development, workflow configuration, and release schedules for enhancements, changes, and system testing. You will also assist with business projects and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

The Master Data Management team supports many business units within CVS Health on a variety of Front Store initiatives. You will have the opportunity to interact with leaders and associates in Category Management, Inventory Management, Supply Chain, and IT.

Additional responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and producing analytics to successfully create and manage all activities of data governance.

  • Analyze accuracy of information, timeliness of updates, compliance reporting, data quality, process control and auditing.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to document data elements, ensuring a clear understanding of data flows and dependencies.

  • Play a critical role in the re-agg of items understanding the key attributes that impact each category/item.

  • Manage and improve supplier website to provide the best user experience.

  • Create and manage Vendor compliance program and how it impacts business outcomes, revenue generation and cost savings.

  • Implement role-based access control to provision users while ensuring security.

    Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years experience in Retail Merchandising, Supply Chain and Retail Operations knowledge

  • Previous experience developing reports and analytical insights using SQL, Access, and VBA

  • Proven experience influencing decision making by aligning with organizational goals and strategies.

  • Travel 5% may be required, based on needs of the business.

  • Previous experience understanding data structures and data elements drive data governance, quality, and remediation.

  • Previous experience developing reports and analytics using SQL, Access, and VBA

    Preferred Qualifications

  • Merchandise familiarity - understanding of retail merchandising basics (i.e., Category Management), and merchandising organizational structures and processes.

  • Previous experience utilizing technical tools such as STIBO, PIM.

    Education

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,700.00 - $107,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
