CVS Media Exchange is hiring a Financial Operations Manager who will report to the Lead Director, Revenue Operation.
CVS Media Exchange [CMX] is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for our suppliers, merchants, stores, GMs, brand advertisers, and agencies. Our full-funnel ad solutions leverage CVS’s in-store and online data, extensive reach, and to provide measurable results for our clientele. With a range of flexible pricing and buying models, including self-service; these solutions help businesses build brand awareness, engage with CVS consumers, and convert CVS consumers to shoppers.
As a Financial Operations Manager, you will be integral part of our team dealing with all departments within CMX . The Finance Manager will own finance templates and decks while collaborating closely with Sales, Billing, Finance, and Accounting while driving process improvements. Helping the revenue operations team where applicable including Accounts Payable/Receivable. The right candidate will be a true team player and help where needed.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Collaborate and help the revenue operations team partner with sales, yield, finance, accounting, and billing operations
· Help prepare financial documents, including monthly business reviews, internal strategy reporting and ad hoc requests
· Analyze and develop financial forecast including actuals for accuracy
· Drive conversation and submission around CMX annual operating plan and multi-year review
· Update delivery reporting/business reviews which track the performance of the CMX business
· Analyze and identify performance and industry trends through the proactive analysis of reports and dashboards
The candidate must be commutable to one of our corporate offices and be willing to work a hybrid schedule. Hybrid model with 3 onsite days/week at one of these locations:
Wellesley, MA
Boston, MA
Woonsocket, RI
New York Soho area, NY
Chicago, IL
Blue Bell, PA
Required:
· 5+ years' experience as a Financial Analyst/Manager in Retail Media or Advertising related industries
· 2+ years' experience with budgeting and forecasting
· 1+ years' experience with accounts payable and account receivable
· 2+ Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint experience necessary
Preferred:
· Demonstrated strategy experience and ability to understand business trends
· Salesforce experience desirable
· Experience working directly with Yield / Pricing
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity while managing multiple projects and tight deadlines
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent work experience (HS Diploma and 4 years of experience) required.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $159,120.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
