Stellar J Corporation, a Heavy Civil General Contractor, is seeking an administrative clerk for our home office in Woodland, Washington.

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Construction Administrator to join our dynamic team. Under the supervision of the Office Manager this position is responsible for assisting with Project Compliance, including subcontractor payroll collection and tracking. This position will also assist with Asset Management Inventory and procurement, Equipment Billing, Insurance Requirements/Renewals, IT Assets, along with other duties assigned as needed. This position will be responsible for overseeing project documentation, coordinating schedules, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. This position requires strong communication skills and proficiency in various construction management software tools to facilitate project success.

Experience
- Proven experience in construction administration or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excell.
- Familiarity with contract management processes.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
