Robert Half is offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist in Woodland, Washington. The selected candidate will be fully engaged in supporting operations by carrying out various accounting functions. This role is situated within the manufacturing industry, and working knowledge of accounting software systems such as D365 or SAP are required.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle accounts payable duties

• Conduct audits as part of the job responsibilities

• Utilize accounting software systems, particularly D365 or SAP

• Ensure accurate coding of account details

• Monitor and maintain precise customer credit records

• Process customer credit applications with accuracy and speed

• Manage Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) related tasks

• Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate resolutions

• Oversee customer account activities and implement necessary actions.

Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

• Proficiency in Account Coding.

• Familiarity with Accounting Software Systems.

• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning.

• Solid understanding of Accounting Functions.

• Experience in Accounts Payable (AP).

• Proven experience in Auditing.

• Knowledge of D365 software.

• Experience with SAP software.
