Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Sr Business Analyst in Woodland Hills, California. This role involves a broad spectrum of responsibilities, ranging from data analysis and requirements gathering to technical documentation and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in the accurate and efficient analysis of business and technical requirements, ensuring their clear documentation and creation of acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate effectively with project managers, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to guarantee comprehensive understanding and delivery of requirements.

• Participate in the design, testing, and deployment of technical solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams.

• Maintain detailed technical documentation, including functional requirements, use cases, and process flows.

• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.

• Support the delivery of training sessions and aid in user adoption of new systems.

• Identify and document risks and issues related to technical solutions, collaborating with the project team on mitigation strategies.

• Utilize SQL to write complex queries and analyze large data sets.

• Leverage skills in Atlassian Jira, CRM, Gap Analysis, Microsoft Excel and Word, AB Testing, Agile Scrum, Business Process Functions, Business Requirement Document, Claim Administration, QA - Quality Assurance, QA Testing, Agile Software Development, and Software Development within the SDLC - Software Development Life Cycle. Requirements • The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the role of a Business Analyst or similar capacity.

• Proficiency in Atlassian Jira is a must for effective project management and tracking.

• Experience with CRM systems is crucial for client interaction and data management.

• Ability to perform Gap Analysis to identify and rectify process inefficiencies.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is expected for data analysis and document creation.

• Experience in AB Testing is necessary for optimizing business decisions.

• Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology is required for effective project management.

• Understanding of Business Process Functions to analyze and improve business operations.

• Ability to create a comprehensive Business Requirement Document to guide the development process.

• Experience in Claim Administration is necessary for handling client claims and disputes.

• Must possess SQL skills for database querying and management.

• Familiarity with JIRA for effective project tracking and management.

• QA - Quality Assurance skills are necessary to ensure the delivery of quality products or services.

• Experience in QA Testing to identify and rectify product defects before release.

• Knowledge of Agile Software Development methodology for efficient and incremental software development.

• Experience in Software Development to understand and guide the development process.
