Thriving 20+ attorney litigation defense firm is seeking a Legal Assistant with 2+ years of civil litigation experience! This firm prefers 100% onsite but is open to Legal Assistants who require a hybrid remote work environment.

My team has successfully placed 2 legal assistants with this firm, and both of them are very happy!!

This Legal Assistant will support 3 attorneys with insurance defense matters and be responsible for the following:

• Calendaring and scheduling

• Court filings

• Document formatting, including TOA’s, TOC’s, motions, pleadings, etc.

• Trial preparation
