BIO RAD LABORATORIES - 390 Production Operator II - Temporary in Woodinville, Washington

A typical day for a Production Operator involves diverse assignments across multiple production areas, where they independently complete small projects following minimal guidance. They maintain a safe and clean work environment according to cGMP and standard operating procedures, while also ensuring compliance with legal regulations and monitoring environmental conditions. Operating and troubleshooting production equipment, they document activities meticulously through forms, reports, and batch records. They provide testing support in the lab as needed, perform equipment calibrations, and assist in final kits assembly using both manual and semi-automated processes. Additionally, they deliver finished goods to warehousing using carts or pallet trucks, conduct quality inspections throughout production stages, and remain flexible for overtime work to meet production demands. What You Bring: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent. 0-2 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to work in a clean-room environment with appropriate gowning restrictions. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing and Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Attention to detail. Good visual acuity. Good hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity skills. Tolerance for varying noise levels. Compensation: The estimated hourly range for this position is $19.13 to $26.30 per hour at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors.
