Airgas USA LLC Inside Sales Representative/ VMI Technician in Woodinville, Washington
R10058084 Inside Sales Representative/ VMI Technician (Open) Location: Woodinville, WA - Retail shop How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? You will sell industrial, medical and specialty gases, welding equipment, power and hand tools, and safety supplies to customers. You'll advise customers on tools, hardware, and other materials, and arrange for delivery of cylinders and hard goods. You will also coordinate the area customer Vendor Managed Inventory program, including restocking and re-supply as needed. You will make a difference, working with clients in hospitals, research facilities, technology, aerospace, and more. The pay offered is from $25.89 to $32.89 per hour. In particular, you will: Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers. Enter orders, process cash and charge orders; assist with reconciliation and bank deposits. Provide timely communication to distribution managers or account managers regarding any changes related to the customer. Communicate by phone, email and in person with customers, sales staff, store managers, and others, inquiring about and providing information on cost, ordering, and delivery times, etc. Be first point of contact with Airgas customers for all welding hard goods and safety supplies related issues regarding Vending Machines and Vendor Managed Inventory bins. Monitor customer usage and suggest adjustments to product levels to ensure maximum efficiency and product turn. Monitor inventory levels at customer sites. __Are you a MATCH? High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately. SAP experience preferred. Basic computer skills (Google, Microsoft Office). Current CDL or willingness to obtain CDL preferred but not required. Must be able to work in a drug-free environment.
