This is a full-time internship position for our Summer Rotation, from June 2nd, 2025 through August 22nd, 2025 in Woodcliff Lake, NJ.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for completing daily and monthly sales reporting
Communicate to executive management along with supporting incentive planning initiatives
Participate in extensive data analysis and ad-hoc reporting and other projects with surrounding teams
Assist in managing distribution, tracking fleet ownership, monitoring logistics, and processing sales incentives.
Collaborate with other departments within organization to maintain transparency and efficiency in daily ad-hoc assignments.


Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a bachelor or master's degree program at an accredited college or university
Possess a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 (not just in major)
Have completed at least 60 college credit hours at time of application
Field of study: Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Analysis
Must attach a copy of college unofficial transcript
Ability to work full-time (36.25 hours/week)
Prior BMW Group experience (applicable to international J1 students only)
Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Excel (ability to manage large datasets utilizing vlookup, xlookup, PIVOT tables for creation of reports), PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams)
Familiarity with confluence or affinity to technology with willingness to put on entrepreneurial/creative hat
Excellent time-management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
Excellent organizational and planning skills
Self-motivated, adaptable to a dynamic environment
Strong analytical capabilities


Preferences:
Experience in database systems such as Tableau
Languages: English (Fluent, Oral, and written)

The hourly rate for Undergraduate students is $25.30

The hourly rate for Graduate students is $32.20
