We are seeking a Strategic Field Resource Manager to join our Employee Benefits team.

Responsibilities include:

• Update and assist in managing sales pipeline

• Sales Support and ongoing client servicing

• Assist as needed with proposals, RFPs, presentations, etc.

• Participate in internal and externals training and client webinars – regional, national and specialty practices

• Work directly with third party vendors and receive regular corporate training (not sure how this applies to us but maybe?)

• Continually work with Corporate and all regional teams to help build better processes

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience and/or internship in sales/service of Employee Benefits

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a team

• Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a deadline driven environment

• Strong attention to detail

• 4 year college degree preferred

• Valid LA&H license preferred

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

The expected pay range for this position is $70,000 to $72,500 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience, and work location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level. HUB International is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include health/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, FSA, HSA and 401(k) accounts, paid-time-off benefits, and commissions for some positions.
