This is a temporary position works to provide excellent service for illumifin and its numerous clients by ensuring accurate and timely processing of all internal, incoming and outgoing mail. MAILROOM RESPONSIBILITIES * Accurately identify and process (receive, count, open/sort, remove staples, batch, etc.) numerous document types for a variety of clients in preparation for imaging as per each individual client requirement. * Meet specific date-sensitive standards/production goals for the hand folding of specific outgoing client letters. * Meet other specific production, service and quality standards for various clients, achieve personal, team and departmental goals as outlined by management. * Effectively communicate with team members, managers, supervisors, and technical staff on a variety of subjects concerning mail services, service of machines, deliveries, special requests, document preparation and processing, quality assurance and outgoing mail. * Process outgoing mail and accurately track hand-folding. * Sort and Process internal mail buckets two times daily and distribute appropriately. * Operate insertion room equipment for several hours at a time, Ability to effectively prioritize letters by client and service level. * Other duties and projects as assigned. Mailroom Minimum Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent * 1 year of general office and/or mail services experience * Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks, meet established deadlines and performance standards. * Strong attention to detail. * Ability to follow direction and meet client performance, production and quality standards.
