Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with a variety of general administrative duties, ensuring efficient and smooth operations within the accounting department.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with general administrative duties

  • Print reports and maintain files

  • Answer vendor inquiries

  • Assemble documents for approval and enter them into the system

  • Assist with annual audits

  • Correspond with vendors and various departments when discrepancies occur

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Eagerness to learn basic clerical tasks

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Good organizational skills

  • Ability to communicate effectively

Work Environment

The Administrative Assistant will work at a desk in an office setting with basic day hours, Monday through Friday. There is some flexibility in hours if needed. The position reports to the Accounting Supervisor and offers a supportive environment with opportunities for growth and internal promotion.
