About the role:

Videojet North America is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Associate Director, NA Supplies & Sales Enablement to lead sales enablement initiatives and drive the growth of our supplies and parts business. This role is responsible for P&L ownership, sales performance optimization, and strategic growth initiatives that enhance customer retention and expand market share.

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Sales Operations & IB Sales , this hybrid role is based in Wood Dale, Illinois .

Key Responsibilities:

Inside Sales Leadership

  • Own the P&L for the supplies and parts business, driving revenue growth and margin expansion.

  • Forecast supplies and parts revenue and ensure financial targets are met through data-driven planning and execution.

  • Manage and optimize pricing strategies , including concessions and pricing agreements.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase customer retention and expand wallet share within our install base.

  • Manage and mentor an inside sales team , fostering a culture of continuous improvement and empowerment.

  • Generate outside sales funnel and drive campaign effectiveness with inside 9 inside sales professionals.

Sales Enablement

  • Lead sales enablement efforts to equip the NA Commercial teams with tools, training, and resources that enhance sales effectiveness.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams , including marketing, outside sales, product management, and service, to align strategies and drive business success; ensure Videojet commercial teams take a holistic view on the business potential when determining pricing and approach

  • Provide actionable insights by analyzing sales performance data and identifying opportunities for improvement; develop reporting that can be used by Commercial Leadership to improve employee performance

  • Support commercial leadership in territory optimization, target setting, and sales compensation design.

  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in sales enablement to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

Are you qualified?

  • Bachelor’s degree (Preferably in a quantitative or engineering field)

  • An MBA is highly preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or sales related field

  • 2+ years of people leadership experience

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $156,000 - $163,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.

We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
