We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team in our new office. In this role, you will assist in promoting our products and services while providing exceptional support to our customers. You will also pull and ship products and maintain inventory.  We will train you in everything you need to know about our products.

This is not a remote position.

Job Duties:

• Shipping: prepare international shipping documents, assemble skids and ship parts, take late / urgent deliveries to UPS, handle tracking info requests
• Warehouse: Accept shipments and put away inventory, manage inventory records and counts, update data in computer system

• Sales Support: answer phone, handle straightforward orders, transfer more intricate orders to sales manager, distribute complaint phone calls

   

Required Skills:

Computer and Educational Skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) to keep track of records, and communicate with customers via email.
• Math proficiency

Communication 

• Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and resolving issues thoroughly.

Professionalism

• Represent the company in a professional manner, both in written and verbal communication.
• Always maintain a positive and customer focused attitude.
• Can lift about 60 lbs. easily
• Experience with an order picker hi-lo that extends to 16 feet high

Mechanical aptitude or engine familiarity a plus

Parts desk experience a plus
