Job Description: Cooks III will be responsible for preparing, seasoning, and cooking soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other food items in a restaurant, inspecting and cleaning food preparation areas, such as equipment, work surfaces, or serving areas, to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices, ensuring freshness of food and ingredients by checking for quality, keeping track of old and new items and rotating stock, consulting with head chef and sous chef as need for guidance, observing and testing foods to determine if they have been cooked sufficiently, using methods such as tasting, smelling, or piercing them with ut Experience Requirement: Twelve (12) months of culinary experience in a related field in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club required. Education Requirement: No Level of Education Required. Training or Certification Requirement: No Training Required. Special Requirements for the Job: One (1) year of culinary experience in a related field in a high-volume environment at a full service or concessions restaurant, resort, or events is required. Job location: 85 Parsenn Road, Winter Park, CO 80482 Hours Per Week: 35 Frequency of Pay: Bi-weekly Days and Shifts: Following Shift available 7 days a week, hours may vary and include weekends and holidays. Work hours from: 7:00am to 2:00pm, 9:00am to 5:00pm, or 10:00am to 8:00pm, shifts based on the time of the season, daylight, and need. Hourly Wage: $19.48 to $23.00/hr (based on merit and past experience with our company) Possible Wage Increase: Raises may be given based on merit and past experience with our company. Overtime Possible: Overtime may be available at $29.22 to $34.50/hr. Pay Period: A single work week, starting Saturday-Friday, will be used to calculate hourly wages, and will be paid Bi-weekly.

Cost of housing, including utilities, is $800 per month. If used, total cost of housing, including utilities, will be deducted from paycheck. A $400 deposit ($300 refundable security deposit and a $100 non-refundable service fee) is required, in addition to the first month's rent, to be paid directly to employer upon acceptance of housing.
