Description

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor/Manager to join our team in Winter Garden, Florida. The ideal candidate will excel in implementing and enhancing A/P policies, carrying out month-end closures, and performing reconciliations. Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Business Central Navision are highly preferred, as is experience with A/P automation tools or ERP systems. This is a fully in-office role.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Accounts Payable function, including invoice processing, payments, and expense report administration.

• Implement, enhance, and maintain robust A/P policies and procedures.

• Conduct month-end closure activities and ensure accurate and timely reconciliations.

• Utilize Advanced Excel and Business Central Navision for various financial processes.

• Successfully implement and use A/P automation tools or ERP systems.

• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies and queries.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a transactional A/P management role.

• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Business Central Navision.

• Experience with A/P automation tools or ERP systems.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
