WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Accomplishes manufacturing results through alignment with company goals, objectives and strategies.

  • Communicates job expectations to a team of direct reports; plans, monitors, and appraises job results; coaches and counsels to help employees meet performance standards. Maintains a qualified staff by seeking opportunities to expand their knowledge and abilities.

  • Analyzes data and makes recommendations to improve or maintain work flow; sets processing variables; observes control points and equipment; monitors personnel and resources; identifies and implements cost reductions; develops reporting procedures and systems; facilitates corrections to malfunctions within process control points; initiates and develops a spirit of collaboration within and between departments

  • Consistently demonstrates the ability to use good judgment with regard to regulatory guidelines while assisting team members in applying these principles to functional work.

  • Initiates the process of continuous improvement for functional group and assess opportunities for process change.

  • Analyzes and develops supporting data to offer recommendations pertaining to raw material usage, inventory levels and effect on output efficiencies.

  • Generates manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data to support or build upon on existing ideas while developing new trains of thought.

  • Builds and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms of control, and budgetary and personnel requirements and implements these changes.

  • Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and mentor personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources.

  • Support implementation of programs to ensure compliance with Company EHS polices, Company Safety Rules and regulatory requirements.

  • Implement programs to support achieving Company EHS and ESG objectives.

  • Responsible for operational integration of EHS programs that result in reduction of health & safety risk and environmental impacts.

  • Understand responsibilities for compliance with regulatory requirements and Company standards.

  • Complete EHS-required training.

  • Immediately report all injuries and illnesses and participate in investigations and development of corrective actions.

  • Participate in EHS programs as required by assigned site/role (e.g., PULSAR safety observation program, Safety Triggers)

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • High School diploma or G.E.D required. Associate or Bachelor Degree in Management, Engineering or related field preferred.

  • Demonstrated track record of high performance in a manufacturing environment.

  • Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills.

  • Proven self-starter who generated new insights and challenges the status quo.

  • Valid driver's license and meets Company-driver requirements.

  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office Professional Suite and other system driven controls and data.

BENEFICIAL

  • Experience in FDA regulated work enviroment.

  • Experience managing production employees in manufacturing setting.

  • 401(k) plan that offers opportunity to save on pre- and post-tax basis up to 50 percent of eligible compensation.
