Human Resources Recruiter / Coordinator
Health Systems Management, Inc. (HSM) is a full-service healthcare management organization providing a full range of development, management, and administrative services for dialysis facilities over the past 35 years in Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina. HSM has an outstanding reputation in the renal community for providing high quality patient care and encouraging physician input while maintaining efficient business operations. We are currently seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and highly motivated Human Resources (HR) Recruiter / Coordinator to join our dialysis team.
The Human Resources Recruiter / Coordinator is responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department by delivering full life cycle recruiting, attracting applicants, evaluating resumes, conducting phone screenings, and handing onboarding, and hiring paperwork. The HR Recruiting Coordinator will work closely with the HR Team and the HR Manager.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Deliver full life cycle recruiting.
Maintain current ADP software by utilizing the Recruitment Management Module used for recruitment.
Establishes innovative candidate sourcing strategies, especially for hard-to-fill positions.
Ensure positive candidate experiences from the initial screening to the final on-boarding.
Maintain awareness of competitor practices, industry trends, and recruitment standards.
Maintain presence on job boards, resume databases, and professional networks.
Collaborate with other recruiting professionals to engage in recruiting events.
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable teaching, speaking, and assisting with New Employee classes.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all assigned duties.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Education Requirements and Position Qualifications:
Associate degree or bachelor’s Degree preferred. Appropriate work-related experience will be considered in lieu of education.
2 or more years’ related experience.
Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
Ability to demonstrate critical-thinking skills.
Valid state issued driver’s license.
Knowledge of Human Resources processes and best practices.
Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion.
Familiarity with social media, recruiting platforms, resume databases, and professional networks.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Flexible schedule.
Comfortable working a Hybrid schedule split between in office and remote (work from home) days.
Ability to work a hybrid schedule.
Applicant must pass the Ishihara’s Color Blind Test.
