This is a direct hire position on 2nd or 3rd shift, with availability to start ASAP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain CNC mills and lathes to produce precision parts.

• Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate production.

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.

• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.

• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications.

• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating CNC mills and lathes.

• Strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proficient computer skills for operating CNC software and documenting processes.

• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs.

Pay:

Pay is flexible based on experience, $20-$30 per hour or salary equivalent is expected, with a shift differential available

Hours:

Will train on 1st shift 7 AM-3 PM. 2nd shift is 3 PM-11 PM and 3rd is 11 PM-7 AM

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00
