Novant Health is seeking Certified Nurse Assistants to join our Professional Nursing Resource Team (PNRT) to serve as a member of a remarkable healthcare team by establishing an authentic, personalized relationship with the patient and their support system. Certified Nurse Assistants (CNA) are responsible for providing safe, continuous quality patient care in a variety of acute care specialties, including medical/surgical, cardiac, critical/intermediate care, behavioral health (BH), emergency, and women’s services.

The Regional Resource Team - CNA I is part of a market-based nursing resource team, that is assigned to varying units to ensure that patient care needs are met within the assigned facility. These CNAs possess the skills, competency and qualifications, as well as a requirement to work in at least 5 facilities within the Greater Winston Salem (WSM) market .

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma required. Completion of NAI program required.

  • Experience: One year in an acute hospital setting required.

  • Licensure/certification/registration: Good standing with Nurse Aide Registry as NAI required. BLS Health Care Provider required.

  • Additional skills required: Basic computer skills for documentation.
