Summary/Objective

The Packout/AssemblyAssociate will assembly and package products according to the work instruction.

Essential Function

• Follow provided work instruction to complete proper assembly of the assigned parts/products.
• Complete assembly using hand tools and other industrial equipment.
• Box, pallet or package parts/packages, instructions, and decals,according to work instruction.
• Ability to work as a team to complete assembly.
• Maintain quality standards.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Follow safety policies and guidelines.

Competencies

• Complete assembly of parts/products as assigned.
• Identifycomponents, parts/products needed for assembly according to work instruction.
• Package, pallet, or boxparts/products, instructions and decals as required by work instruction.
• Identify non-conforming parts/products and notifyingsupervision as required.
• Must work as a team.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
