Join our team as a Supply Chain Management Co-op and drive organizational success with Power and Controls Aftermarket Operations. This position is full-time, Monday-Friday, and will run January- August; it is only eligible for current students with a graduation date past August 2025.

What You Will Do:

  • Analyze large datasets and draw actionable conclusions using Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Support pricing file maintenance, contract compliance, and negotiation efforts.

  • Manage supplier relationships and evaluate supplier performance.

  • Ensure delivery assurance and support quality management systems (QMS).

  • Interface with internal teams and external partners to drive strategic contract and supply chain activities.

  • Data Analysis & Problem Solving: Enhance proficiency in data analysis and use tools to generate actionable insights.

  • Supplier Management: Develop skills in supplier negotiation, performance assessment, and relationship building.

  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Gain exposure to RTX’s Continuous Improvement/Operating System (CORE) and identify opportunities for process improvements.

  • Networking & Corporate Experience: Build connections with management, senior leadership, and fellow RTX Co-ops, and gain valuable experience in a Fortune 50 company.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.

  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
