A dynamic organization is working with Robert Half to find a highly-skilled Human Resources Recruiter. As the Human Resources Recruiter, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting in support of a diverse array of positions across varying departments such as accounting, marketing, operations, administrative and technology. We especially want a self-starter wanting to learn and to grow for this opportunity with our client. This position is best for someone who can perform recruiting functions as well as a variety of personnel related administrative tasks, including providing clerical support to the HR department. This long-term contract / temporary employment opportunity is based in the Wilsonville, Oregon area.

How you will make an impact

• Noting and posting job opportunity advertisements

• Making use of digital recruiting resources

• Providing and filtering candidates through various sources and platforms

• Maintaining new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations

• Creating internal recommendations

• Supervising various administrative duties

• Fulfilling interviews

  Requirements

• Qualified in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

• General familiarity with Microsoft Office Suites

• Well-founded grasp of ADP Workforce Now

• Deep understanding of Prescreening

• Applicant Tracking System experience

• Proven knowledge of Job Postings

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

• Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projects

  • This position's duties require a person who is highly professional; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
