Join our team in Digital Industries Software as a Accounting Manager EDA and lead an experienced team responsible for governance of the general ledger and subledger accounting activities.

What role will you play?

· You will lead a team with responsibility for processing accounts payable, intercompany invoicing and Fixed Assets

· You will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of the organization, with responsibility for management of personnel activities of the accounting staff

· As a member of a team that operates in a highly transformative accounting and reporting landscape, you will continuously drive initiatives to improve and optimize our system and process

· You will partner with colleagues in our accounting organization, purchasing, tax, financial planning and analysis, IT as well as other internal and external stakeholders such as our auditors

· Additional reporting and audit management scope may apply according to need and experience

· With a passion for technology, you will be supporting the deployment of our SAP ERP system (S/4 Hana) and other finance and reporting tools

Does this sound good? Our perfect candidate must …

· Be interested in the challenge of working in a dynamic and fast paced international environment

· Have a finance/accounting degree, with a minimum of 8 years relevant work experience in a similar accounting role / CPA or equivalent experience

· Excellent interpersonal acumen and executive presence including written, verbal and presentation skills; ability to explain complex accounting topics and financial results to senior leadership

· Display excellent technical knowledge of SAP or similar ERP system

· Display accounting knowledge, strong analytical skills and demonstrate exceptional critical thinking skills with the capability to break down complex problems to determine root cause issues and troubleshoot and develop systemic solutions

· Experience in leading and developing high performing teams and managing cross-functional projects

The salary range for this position is $120,800 to $217,400 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
