_Position Summary_:

Leads, directs, and coordinates all employee relations functions for the organization in accordance with the law, policy and Just Culture principles. Leads or provides oversight on HR investigations. Counsel leaders/HR staff on appropriate disciplinary action and termination decisions. Reviews employment data and trend analysis and provides recommendations to improve staff retention and turnover. Conducts exit interviews.
