ABX Air, Inc. OPERATIONAL SUPPORT MANAGER in Wilmington, Ohio

Description This position is responsible for managing the activities of the Tool Room, Ground Services Equipment, and Facilities departments to properly insure the operation and maintenance of all tools and equipment. REQUIRED JOB SKILLS: High School Diploma Must have at least 5 years of experience managing tooling, facilities and/or GSE. Knowledge of the use of PPE (personal protective equipment) and safety protocols related to the possible exposure to dust, body fluids, radiation, chemicals, fumes, vapors, or mists that could potentially affect the health of the employee. Must be able to handle and maintain control of small parts and to properly operate hand tools. Valid drivers' License Must be able to pass forklift, scissor lift, boom lift, tug and Spyder crane operation test. Physical Requirement: Ability to sit, stand, bend, crouch, kneel and walk for extended periods. Ability to perform work utilizing a computer for extended periods of time. Ability to crawl in confined spaces on the hands and knees to perform work. Ability to walk at height of 80ft. Ability to climb stairs and safely use ladders. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
