About the Cardiac Telemetry Med/Surg Unit:
We’reseeking a registered nurse to join the heart of Novant New Hanover Regional Medical Center. Cardiac Iisa 43-bed med/surg intermediate unit specializing in congestive heart failure and cardiac arrhythmias. Are you looking for a challenge? If so, Cardiac I would be a great fit. You will become skilled in interpreting and managing dysrhythmias, cardiac drips (Dobutamine, Amiodarone, Cardizem, Milrinone, Dopamine, etc.), Pre/Post cardiaccathpatients, and congestive heart failure patients. Whether you are looking to develop nursing fundamentals or to learn new skills Cardiac I offers an exciting environment for seasoned or novice nurses. Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of nursingrequired.
Associate or Bachelor’sdegree in nursing preferred.
Current valid North Carolina nursing license or Multi-State/Compactrequired.
One-yearrelevantexperience,preferred.

If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course isrequiredprior to reactivating or reinstating your license.In order tobe considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course.
