Novant Health Medical Office Assistant II- Heart & Vascular in Wilmington, North Carolina

Overview

Works in collaboration with the providers to assess, plan, provide exemplary patient care and implement a plan of care. Orders, interprets and records results of clinical tests and reports results to physicians.

Qualifications

Education : High School Diploma or GED. Certified Medical Assistant.

Graduate of an accredited medical assistant program or a minimum of 2 year experience in a medical assistant role that included medication administration.

Experience: Previous work in a medical clinic. BLS/CPR (or earned within 90 days of hire) required. Annual UAP agreement with provider, required.
