QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school graduate or GED equivalent.

• A minimum of two years’ experience in similar position.

• Knowledge of the standard practices, procedures and tools required in the general building trades, general knowledge of stationary equipment operation and management. Ability to operate a variety of hand and power tools.

• Ability to work with male and female adult (18-over) substance abuse/dually diagnosed population.

  RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Works with all outside vendors

• Performs the preventative maintenance

• Performs service as needed on facility equipment

• Identifies problems in order to be proactive in maintaining safety and operations
