Acadia Healthcare Maintenance Technician in Wilmington, North Carolina
Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school graduate or GED equivalent.
A minimum of two years’ experience in similar position.
Knowledge of the standard practices, procedures and tools required in the general building trades, general knowledge of stationary equipment operation and management. Ability to operate a variety of hand and power tools.
Ability to work with male and female adult (18-over) substance abuse/dually diagnosed population.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Works with all outside vendors
Performs the preventative maintenance
Performs service as needed on facility equipment
Identifies problems in order to be proactive in maintaining safety and operations
