Robert Half is recruiting for an experienced Accounting Manager who possesses a keen eye for detail and a firm grasp of financial principles and concepts.

The Position:

As Accounting Manager, your responsibilities will include financial statement preparation, month-end close, account reconciliations and GAAP accounting. You will also assist in the preparation and coordination of the annual financial audit and participate in analysis of financial information. The Accounting Manager will supervise two accounting professionals, overseeing their work and ensuring team deliverables are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of financial statements in alignment with company and regulatory standards.

Managing and executing the month-end close process.

Conducting detailed account reconciliations.

Assisting in annual financial audits in coordination with other departments.

Analyzing and interpreting financial information for decision-making purposes.

Applying GAAP accounting principles in daily workflow.

Supervising, training and guiding a team of two accountants.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.

Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in an accounting or finance role.

Proven experience in management capacity, preferably in supervising teams.

Comprehensive understanding of GAAP principles and their application.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team and communicate complex financial concepts clearly.

Proficiency in financial software systems and MS Office applications.
